Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering & Wholesale
Do I need to be a florist or business to order?
No — anyone can order from Giving Flowers, whether you're planning a wedding, an event, or simply want fresh flowers at wholesale prices. Bulk pricing automatically applies as you add more stems or bunches to your cart.
Is there a minimum order?
Most of our products are sold by the bunch or box, so there's no strict minimum, but wholesale pricing gets better the more you buy — ideal for weddings, events, and florists.
Freshness & Quality
How fresh are your flowers?
All our flowers are grown on our own family farm in the north of Ecuador and are cut, quality-checked by our agricultural technicians, and shipped directly to you — skipping the wholesalers and storage time that make flowers from other retailers wilt faster.
What if my flowers arrive damaged or wilted?
We stand behind our freshness guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the condition of your flowers on arrival, contact us at sales@giving-flowers.com within 24 hours with a photo of the order, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the USA directly from our farm in Ecuador.
How long does delivery take?
Since flowers are cut and shipped fresh for each order, please check the estimated delivery window shown at checkout for your location.
Care Tips
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim stems at an angle, remove any leaves that sit below the waterline, use the flower food packet if provided, and change the water every 2–3 days. See our blog for a full flower care guide.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure checkout through Shopify.
What is your refund policy?
Please see our Refund Policy page for full details, or contact us directly and we'll be happy to help.
